Making Music Accessible
PLAY IT FORWARD
At Making Music Academy, we believe music lessons should be accessible for all.
This is why we started our initiative “Making Music Accessible” in 2024, to allow all kids the opportunity to gain access to music. This is done through the public’s generous donations, where we give all donations toward a scholarship for students’ music classes.

Music has the power to bring people together and create a sense of community and connection. By “Making Music Accessible” for all, we can foster inclusivity and understanding among people of all backgrounds and experiences -- no matter their socioeconomic hurdles.
I want to make a positive impact in my community!Â
Every dollar raised goes directly towards paying for music lessons for members of our local community who could not otherwise afford it. We are so thankful for your generosity!

Why all children should have equal access to music:
Community
Music has the power to bring people together and create a sense of community that all should be entitled to.
Therapeutic
Music has the ability to evoke emotions, uplift spirits, and provide comfort during difficult times. Making music accessible for all ensures that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from the therapeutic and healing effects of music.
Self-Expression & Creativity
Music is a form of self-expression and creativity that should be available to everyone, regardless of their socio-economic status or background. By providing access to music education and resources, we can empower individuals to explore their talents and passions.
Inspires & Educates
Music has the potential to inspire and educate people about different cultures, traditions, and perspectives. By making music accessible for all, we can promote diversity and celebrate the richness of human creativity and expression.
Positive Impact
Access to music can have a positive impact on mental health, cognitive development, and overall well-being. By ensuring that music is accessible, we can support individuals in their personal growth and self-discovery.
