A Music birthday party is a fun way to brighten your little one’s special day!

Our Birthday Party Packages are the perfect combination of instructor-led fun + free play. Enjoy our beautiful space while the kids take in live, interactive musical entertainment with one of our amazing Music Teachers.

The Music Birthday Package

We are so pleased to be able to start booking birthday parties for your music-loving littles in our new studio!

Bookings are now open!  Music Parties are held on Saturdays at 4-6 PM.

 

Every Music Birthday Party booked at Making Music Academy includes:

​

  • Use of 2 large rooms (1 for activity and 1 for food/eating) + sink, kettle, coffee maker + coffee, small fridge

  • 45-minute Music Class with one of our amazing teachers

  • 20 children ($10 per extra child after 20)

  • 30 minutes to set up before party

  • Chairs and 3 folding tables provided

  • Help with clean up

The Music Party portion will have:

  • 2-3 of the birthday child's favourite songs (let us know upon booking!)

  • Bubbles

  • Parachute time

  • Interactive songs and dance

  • Instrument exploration/play​

 

Cost:  $350 + tax

Birthday Party Policies

Please take time to carefully read through the birthday party policies and recommendations.  Contact us if you have any questions.

  1. The birthday party is 2 hours total from 4-6 on Saturdays.

  2. Parents can come 30 minutes before the party to set up.

  3. 20 children total can be in attendance and there is a $10 fee for each additional child added.

  4. Party includes 45 minutes of Music Entertainment (2-3 of the birthday child’s favourite songs, parachute play, instrument play, and bubble play) followed by 1 hour of party room time (cake, food, drinks in another room.)

  5. Families will bring their own food and supplies.  However, 20 chairs and 3 fold out tables will be provided.

  6. Parents are required to tidy up the space as much as possible after the party is over.  The food must remain in the food room to ensure the studio remains in good condition for future events and classes.

  7. MMA is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on our premises or during any MMA-hosted event. Parents/caregivers/guardians are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children while attending any class or event at MMA. 

  8. It is the responsibility of the booking party to inform us of any allergies that may impact activity planning at least 3 weeks before the party.

  9. Unless there are special circumstances (critical illness of child or parents, death in immediate family), cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the party date and only 50% of the payment will be refunded. 

  10. The Google Form with these policies must be signed as an agreement to these policies in order to confirm your booking.
