Music Start: Pre-Private Music is a joyful, engaging group program designed for children ages 4-6 who are ready to explore music through play, movement, and imagination.
​
This class serves as the perfect stepping stone between our early childhood programs and private lessons -- helping children build a strong foundation for future music learning.
​
Each week, children learn the building blocks of music -- like beat, pitch, and dynamics -- through singing, creative movement, instrument play, and story-based lessons that make learning feel like play.
​
Our teachers weave early music concepts into hands-on activities that nurture listening skills, coordination, and self-expression. Children learn to move with music, play together as a group, and develop the focus and confidence that prepare them for private lessons.

All of this happens in a warm, encouraging space where curiosity and creativity thrive, and every child feels proud to make music their own.

What to expect:
