Where are you located?
We currently have 2 locations.

On weekdays we are in the Dance Academy at 75 Airport Road,
St. John's.
​
On weekends we are located in Paul Reynolds Community Centre at 35 Carrick Drive, St. John's.

How much are your classes?
Our classes are subscription-based and are $79+tax per month.
​
If I sign up, am I committed to the whole year, can I pay weekly, or is it semester-based?
A monthly subscription is billed automatically at the beginning of each month. Each month is paid for in advance.

Do you do makeup classes?
These classes are group classes and there is one class per week for each session. If you can't get to a class for whatever reason, get in touch and we can suggest a different class you can join that week.

What's your cancellation policy?
We have a 30-day cancellation policy. You can cancel through your account or get in touch with us and we will cancel it for you, the last class being 30 days after the cancellation is requested.

What age can my child start? Can my infant start at 5 weeks?
Our youngest group starts at 0! Newborns benefit from our sessions too.

Can I bring my partner or the grandparents?
Both parents or grandparents are welcome!
Any guardian can bring your child to these sessions.

What happens if I have to return to work or have to cancel lessons?
If you would still like to continue classes, check out our other class offerings to see if another class time fits your schedule better.

If no classes work for your new schedule, you can cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us, to which the 30-day cancellation policy applies.

What is your weather policy?
We follow the school schedule for weather closures. If the schools are closed, we will also close.
​
Will closures like weather be offered a makeup session?
Weather is unfortunately out of our control and it is impossible to provide groups of children a makeup session for weather (similar to swimming lessons, dance classes, or gymnastics). Therefore, we will not be able to makeup any classes due to weather or circumstances outside of our control.

When will my child move up to the next age group?
Your child can stay in the same age group for the year (September to June). When a child joins a group of other children, they, too, will be having birthdays and getting a year older, so the kids will all be the same age for that year. When you join classes again the following year, you can choose the next age-appropriate class.

There is no space in the class I want. How can I join a waitlist?
Under the Programs tab of our website, select the class and time you would like to attend and then select "Join Waitlist". You will get a notification when a spot becomes available and you will have an opportunity to register when that happens.
